Ingredients
- 1 800 g / 80% Ostrich Meat (cubed)
- 1 100 g / 10% Beef or Lamb Fat
- 1 50 g / 5% Peri-Peri Sauce
- 1 20 g / 2% Lemon Juice
- 1 10% / 1% Garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Marinate the Ostrich:Add cubed ostrich meat to the marinade.Mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
- Skewer & Cook:Thread the marinated ostrich onto skewers.Grill over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until nicely charred but still tender.
- Serve & Enjoy:Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with flatbread, grilled vegetables, or a yogurt dip.
